2024 BAND SCHEDULE

Here is the schedule as we know it at this time. Some dates are tentative and we’ve indicated that. Also some report times have yet to be determined and those are noted as well. We will let you know updates as we get them. Thanks!

  • Tuesday, May 7 - Concert (grades 5-12)

  • Saturday, May 11 - Kings Island Music in the Parks (Junior High and Senior High concert bands)

  • Tuesday, July 9, 6-8pm - Percussion Practice

  • Wednesday, July 10, 6-8pm - Percussion Practice

  • Thursday, July 11, 5- 7pm - Percussion Practice followed by Full Band rehearsal 7-9pm

  • Monday-Friday, July 15-19, 8am-9pm - Band Camp (3-6pm dinner break)

  • Friday, July 15, time TBA - Parent Show

  • Tuesday, July 23, 8-11am - Practice

  • Wednesday, July 24. 8-11am - Practice

  • Thursday, July 25, 8-11am - Practice

  • Saturday, July 27 - Preble County Fair Parade. Report time 8:30am, parade time 10am

  • Tuesday, August 6, 8-11am - Practice

  • Thursday, August 8-10 - Derby Days, students required to work at least 1 shift in the Boosters booth

  • Monday, August 19 - Darke County Fair Band Spectacular. Report time 3:34pm
